My goal is to provide a professional, welcoming and comfortable environment where you can take time to focus on yourself.

Professional. Personalised. Patient-focused.

As a registered Physiotherapist, I bring clinical knowledge of the musculoskeletal system and movement to every treatment. My approach is centred around listening to you, understanding your goals and providing a professional service in a comfortable environment.

Which treatment suits you?

Targeted treatment for active lifestyles. Sports Massage is a targeted form of massage suitable for people who participate in sport and exercise, as well as anyone experiencing muscular tension or areas that feel tight and overworked. It can be particularly suitable for runners, gym-goers, athletes and people with physically demanding lifestyles. Your treatment can focus on specific areas according to your needs and may incorporate a range of massage techniques.

May be suitable for:

  • People who regularly participate in sport or exercise
  • Athletes and recreational athletes
  • Gym-goers and runners
  • People experiencing muscular tightness or tension
  • Those looking to incorporate massage into their training and recovery routine

Duration: 60 minutes

Relax, unwind and take time for yourself. Swedish Massage is a relaxing treatment using a variety of massage techniques to work across the body and help ease general muscular tension. It is a great option if you're looking to step away from the stresses of everyday life, relax your body and enjoy some dedicated time for yourself.

May be suitable for:

  • General relaxation
  • Everyday muscular tension
  • Those looking to unwind
  • People who spend long periods sitting or working at a desk
  • Anyone wanting to make time for their wellbeing

Duration: 60 minutes

A complementary treatment option. Dry cupping involves placing cups on the skin and creating suction. The cups remain in position for a period of time before being removed. It can be offered as a standalone treatment or incorporated into a wider treatment approach where appropriate. Cupping commonly leaves temporary circular marks or discolouration on the skin. These marks are normal and can vary in appearance and duration from person to person. Before treatment, I will discuss whether dry cupping is appropriate for you and answer any questions you may have.

Duration: Combined with the massage
